On March 30, 2026, our partner attorney, Mr. Adar UÇAR, acting on behalf of our client company, took part in a series of official visits and engagements together with the members of the Executive Board of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (Dış Ekonomik İlişkiler Kurulu – DEIK) Malawi Business Council.
During the visit to the Embassy of Sudan, an exchange of views was held with H.E. Ambassador Nadir Yousif ELTAYEB regarding potential investments that companies operating in Türkiye may undertake in Sudan, particularly in the fields of energy and agriculture, as well as matters relating to investment security and the further development of Türkiye–Sudan commercial relations.
On the same day, during the visit to the Embassy of Zimbabwe, and with the kind hospitality extended by H.E. Ambassador Alfred MUTIWAZUKA, presentations and briefings were made concerning investment opportunities available to companies established in Türkiye, particularly in the areas of clean water resources, agriculture, and, in particular, superstructure construction in Zimbabwe.
The final visit conducted together with the Executive Board was to the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (Türk İşbirliği ve Koordinasyon Ajansı – TİKA), where discussions were held with Mr. Abdullah EREN, President of TİKA, regarding possible avenues of cooperation through TİKA’s overseas offices in order to facilitate access for investors operating in Türkiye to appropriate and viable investment opportunities abroad.
Throughout all meetings attended by our partner attorney, Mr. Adar UÇAR, the interlocutors were not only provided with presentations and information regarding the activities of our client company but were also briefed on the investment ecosystem and the legal infrastructure relevant to the matters discussed.
