Esma Ceyda YEŞİL graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2024 and is currently completing her statutory legal traineeship under the Ankara Bar Association. She has pursued her education within the framework of a deliberate career plan; following her studies at Konya Social Sciences High School, she has advanced from an early stage with the aim of specialising in the field of law. During her undergraduate years, with a view to reinforcing her theoretical foundation through practice, she gained experience in Istanbul through student internship placements at various law offices, and upon graduation, she successfully passed the Legal Professions Entrance Examination (HMGS).

As of December, she commenced her statutory traineeship and regards this period as an active learning process that strengthens her professional competence. Within the scope of her traineeship, she is involved in legal research and case-law review, drafting petitions, monitoring court and enforcement proceedings, effective use of UYAP, and case-file preparation processes. As part of her professional development, she has attended trainings in human resources, marketing, brand management, software technologies, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship through the Young Executive Academy Exclusive programme; she also holds a certificate in IT Law training and a participation certificate for the 7th International Congress on Maritime and Admiralty Law. Her English proficiency is at B1 level.
