We provide consultancy services in order to establish harmonization in the importation procedures for our clients who are natural and legal persons operating in import and export transactions at the customs gates, where commercial relations with contiguous countries are maintained, in the land and the sea. In the circumstance of disputes arising out of customs legislation, we provide legal consultancy and attorneyship services concerning the decisions of the Customs Administration consisting of decisions of additional accrual tax, administrative fines and confiscation, return to country of origin, destruction and dissolution of confiscated goods.

We provide attorneyship services in legal and criminal cases related to customs legislation and in matters concerning the former Law No. 5607 and the new Anti-Smuggling Law No. 4926, which is currently valid.
