Labor and Social Security Law

As Uçar Law & Consultancy Office, noteworthy studies have been carried out in the fields of Labor Law, especially in Individual Labor Law, and studies related to Collective Labor Law have been continued since our foundation. Initially, starting with Labor Law No. 1475, and proceeding with Labor Law No. 4857, we provided legal consultancy and attorneyship services for, both, the employers and the employees. As Uçar Law & Consultancy Office, which also has been serving in comparatively more specific areas such as Journalism Professional Law, we carried out extensive studies, especially since 1991, on the allocation of claims of the workers working within the domestic and foreign companies operating abroad(Libya, Saudi Arabia, Russian Federation, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Germany, United States of America, France, Kazakhstan, Tanzania etc.) arising from Labor Law, and the organization of the services which are related to Social Security Law. Founding partners of our law office have also been serving as experts in the subject areas.

With our experience over the years, we proceed to conduct studies on preparation, follow-up, termination of contracts related with Labor Law and action for debt and damages related to them. In terms of Social Security Law, we also provide legal consultancy and attorneyship services related to fixing of period of service arising from domestic and foreign labor, servitude borrowing, performance of service reclamation procedures and annulment of repeating service notices.
