Along with the Communique Amending the Communique on the Implementation of Supervision in Import Procedures numbered 2015/8, published in the Official Gazette numbered 30714 dated 2019, 14 March, the list of the goods to be imported under the supervision of the General Directorate of Import established under the Ministry of Trade is amended. According to the subject Communique, the scope of goods registered with 8431.49 GTP, under the description of “Others”, excavator palettes with 8431.49.20.29.00 GTIP are removed. Associated with the subject regulation, it will not be possible to call the inspection certificate in the importation of these goods by the relevant customs office at the stage of registration of the customs declaration and, thus, the items can be imported unattended.
This Communique shall enter into force on 2019, 14 March and shall be executed by the Minister of Trade. The full text of the Communique can be accessed from here.
