After the 80s and afterwards, public projects in Turkey were operationalized through build-operate-transfer model and numerous similar systems. In the following process, the share of private sector in public projects has increased day by day. Finally, the Public-Private Partnership (“PPP”) system, which is a project-based partnership between the public and the private sector, has gained weight in the attractive projects such as highways, bridges, city hospitals, airports, power plants and similar projects. The fact that many public projects are being implemented in our country today with this method reveals the importance of the PPP system.

In this context, as Uçar Law & Consultancy Office, we provide attorneyship and legal consultancy services to the PPP projects and commercial enterprises within, in legal and administrative processes which is one of our main fields of activity.

Considering the economic and legal importance of the PPP projects, regarding the dynamic and disorganized characteristic of the relevant legislation, a detailed in-office presentation has been prepared by Apprentice Attorney Erdal Arat about the PPP projects and their legal infrastructure. You can get detailed information on this subject via the file you can download from the link below.
